How to hit the upper part of the glutes when you're doing leg lifts, lift your leg lightly backwards instead of straight to the side. You can almost see how the muscle is popping up in the top of the movement 🙊🔥

I had no expectations on my session today but It felt really nice after few minutes 😍🙏🏼 Here's one of the exercises I did for the shoulders, make sure your arms are in a straight line with your shoulders and keep the control on the way down. Super simple but super effective 🔥
